British singer and Grammy award winning artist, Ed Sheeran has talked about Nigerian afrobeat singer, Burn Boy on their encounter.
Speaking in the latest episode of the Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend podcast, the ‘Shape Of You’ hitmaket recalled when he walked into the studio and getting confused by the air pollution around just to be told that it is as a result of Burna Boy’s smoking.
He said that was the most weed he has ever seen anyone ingest.
Ed Sheeran said, “He is one artist I work quite a lot with. He is called Burna Boy. I would say he is… That’s the most I’ve seen anyone ingest weed.
“He was in the studio and I had a work to do later on in the night. And it was very much chilled the studio, the door was closed. It was just smokes, smokes, smokes. And I remember walking in there to get a thing. It felt like I was not quite there [laughs].”
According to the British singer, the Nigerian superstar is the heaviest weed smoker he has ever come across, though he has seen lots of weed smokers, Burna Boy seems to be the Don of all.
