The editor-in-Chief of the Insight newspaper and veteran journalists, Kwesi Pratt Jnr has revealed that he hardly follows any recommended lifestyle practices to maintain his health.
The veteran journalists had the chance to sit with Randy Abbey on the Good Morning Ghana show on metro TV.
Randy Abbey tried to find out, why the Chief editor still looks good even at 70 with no potbelly and wrinkles and this is what kwesi Pratt had to say.
According to him, he has engaged in all the bad things that any health expert or professional will tell someone not to do.
So the question to why he is looking this good at his age is not something he has an answer to but believes it has occurred naturally.
Moving on, he added that, he use to smoke a lot and if his memory serves him right, he can recall of smoking more than two packets to cigarettes a day. Something a health professional will tell you to stay a way from.
Revealing his secret, he later said all he does is to listen to his body. This is how he ended it, Kwesi Pratt Jnr. added that the reason he is in good shape even at this point is…
“I think the only thing I do that works is that? Is to listen to my body. I mean, the body speaks to us all the time, the food we eat, okay? If it’s not good for your body, it will tell you. Your body tells you when to drink. Yeah, I cook, I bake cakes, I do all that. It’s not a problem.
