Nigerian singer Boypee has dismissed rumors that he and his collaborators removed the music video for their hit song “Ogechi Remix,” featuring Davido, due to concerns over the DMW leader’s alleged greed.

The video was taken down from YouTube over copyright issues, sparking speculation that Davido intended to monopolize the earnings.

Boypee addressed the rumors on August 12 through a post on X, where he responded to a social media comment with a sharp retort: “You and who talk that one? To what profit eh guy? Wetin you wan use my downfall do?”
