Angela hitmaker, Kuami Eugene has opened on acquisition by section of music lovers on his melodies theft and fix them in his songs.
He believes there is nothing wrong with such moves because it is an act of taking inspiration from such artists.
He stated emphatically that every artist dies that.
In the previous years, Kuami Eugene has been accused of stealing melodies, lyrics and even to some extend beats from fellow artists fixing them in his songs without informing them.
Fellow industry players like CJ Bigger man, Docta flow and late prophet Seth Frimpong has accused the singer of such act.
During his live Twitter space also known as X with Berla Mundi, he told the TV personality he is shock when people troll him on social media especially Twitter or X over such act.
This is what he said It baffles me because I feel like Twitter is one platform where the people there seem to be very knowledgeable about things that go on in the industry, and sometimes they sound like they know what they’re talking about. But then again you look at some other people on that same platform and it seems like they have no idea what they’re talking about.
“Either that or they’re hypocrites because they still listen to artistes like Burna Boy even though he picks inspiration from other songs and they never complain. But for our own people, the same people complaining are the same people jamming to the song,” he said.
